Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective August 23, 2026

Free trial

The 14-day PITCH trial does not require a payment card and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. No subscription fee is charged unless an authorized workspace owner affirmatively selects and completes a paid plan checkout.

Monthly subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for each monthly service period. You may request cancellation at any time before the next renewal. Unless law requires otherwise or PITCH confirms a different effective date in writing, cancellation stops future renewals and access remains available through the end of the already-paid service period.

Refund eligibility

Completed subscription charges are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for an unused portion of a monthly period. PITCH will review refund requests involving a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount or plan, a confirmed billing error, a charge processed after an effective cancellation, or another circumstance in which a refund is required by law. PITCH may also approve a refund or account credit in writing when a verified service issue materially prevented use of the paid service.

How to request review

Email support@plugandplayco.com promptly and include the workspace name, billing email, charge date, amount, and reason for the request. Do not send full card or bank-account numbers. Requests should be submitted within 30 days after the disputed charge appears, without limiting any longer period required by applicable law.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider and payment method when reasonably possible. PITCH records the decision and initiates the provider request promptly, but the payment provider and financial institution control when the credit appears. Processing fees, provider limitations, currency conversion, and bank timing may affect the final posting date.

Workspace data after cancellation

Cancellation and refund review do not automatically delete workspace records. Access, export, retention, overdue restrictions, and verified deletion requests are governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Access and Deletion page.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit cancellation, cooling-off, refund, charge-dispute, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If this policy conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory requirement controls.
