Your PITCH account is individual

Welcome to PITCH. Your individual account keeps the right work, permissions, and activity connected to you. Use your own business email and password, and never share a sign-in.

Sign in safely

On the sign-in page, enter the business email assigned to you and your unique password. Check the address before selecting Sign in. If access is lost, choose Forgot password. Do not guess repeatedly, borrow another person's login, or send a password through email, text, or a team message.

Complete two-step verification

If two-step login is enabled, PITCH sends a six-digit code after your password is accepted. Open the message sent to your business email and enter the code exactly as shown. It expires after five minutes and must never be shared. If a code arrives when you were not signing in, close the page and alert your workspace Owner or Administrator.

Recover access without guessing

To recover access, choose Forgot password, enter your business email, and send a one-time link. Open the reset email only when you requested it. The link works once and expires after 30 minutes. Use a unique passphrase of at least 12 characters. A completed reset signs the account out on every device.

Protect the session after sign-in

Keep every session under your control. Lock or sign out before leaving a device, and always sign out after using a shared computer. If a device is lost or access looks suspicious, change the password, choose Sign out every device in Security settings, and notify your workspace Owner or Administrator.

Practice the secure path

Now practice the secure path. Locate the sign-in form. Open Forgot password, then return to sign in. Finally, explain what you would do with an unexpected verification code. You are ready when you can complete those steps without sharing a credential or guessing a code.
