Every role opens into a focused workspace

Welcome back to PITCH. Every account opens into a workspace shaped by that person's role. In this module, you'll learn the common route through the dashboard, sidebar, search, notifications, and settings so you can find work quickly without using access that belongs to someone else.

Start from your dashboard

After sign-in, PITCH opens your dashboard. Think of it as the home screen for your role. Select Dashboard, or the workspace name, to return here at any time. The metrics, shortcuts, and records you see are intentionally different for an Owner, Administrator, Manager, Sales, Production, or Accounting user.

Use the sidebar as your workspace map

The sidebar is the workspace map. Open a group such as Sales, Jobs and Production, Communication, Business, or Company, then choose the page you need. PITCH only shows the sections and controls allowed for your account. If a page is missing, do not borrow another person's login. Ask your Owner or Administrator whether your role is correct.

Search only what your role can access

To find a record, select the search bar or press Control K. Type at least two characters. PITCH searches the customers, jobs, and records available to your role, and it shows only quick actions you are allowed to use. Move with the arrow keys and Enter, or select a result directly. Press Escape to close search.

Use notifications and Inbox

Use the notification bell when you need the most recent changes. Select a notification to open its related record when your role can access it. Choose Open Inbox for the complete queue, not just the newest items. A missing item can mean it was resolved, removed, or outside your role's access.

Complete the navigation loop

Now complete one clean navigation loop. Return to Dashboard. Open one sidebar group. Press Control K and identify a quick action. Open the notification panel and Inbox. Then open Settings and locate Log out. You are ready when you can reach each destination without borrowing access, and you sign out when the session or device is no longer under your control.
